great place to stay, very easy to find. Staff were really nice and friendly. Reasonable rates for the room i stayed in. The pillows could have been a bit more plump and i found the room very hot when i woke the next morning. But other than that i enjoyed my stay. Would stay there again :)

Hi, we stayed for cca 10 days in Maple Hostel. The room was clean and was cleaned every day I think. Everytime we came back the toilet and sink were clean and we get every day clean towels. The breakfast was perfect. We were very satisfied with the hostel and the service. Its good choice for the price. (just the street was to noisy) Thank you all :)

The service was very friendly and helpful! The location is superb - very close to Temple Bar and Trinity. Parking could be a problem - though this is available nearby for 10 Euros a day. I would recommend this B&B to others.

I stayed here for 4 days and it's great value considering the location; Less than 10 mins away from Temple Bar etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities could be a bit better but overall it's extremely good value for money!

I booked the Avondale House primarily for it's location close to Connolly station and the price. I booked a twin room with en suite shower for the more than reasonable price of 39 euro. That price included breakfast which was more than ample. Sausages, bacon, beans, egg, tea and toast. And a choice of cereals were available as well. As well as that there is 24 hour access in and out of the Avondale which is also excellent. The general standard of cleanliness of the room was tip top. Clean linen on the beds and fresh towels available. Apart from the view from the window, and the slightly small size of the room, both of which were not really a concern as we were only down for one night, I'd have to say that the Avondale was an excellent choice and I will stay there again.

I was warmly welcomed when I arrived, It was my 4 fourth stay in 17 month's, and the Avondale for it's location and price is good value and there are dozen's of B&B's in Dublin. Like the rest of Ireland there have been cut back's in all area's. I will stay again when I go back to Dublin.

Hello dear Avondale Team, I like this house (Maple Hotel). The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and used but quiet and clean. There was a noisy light-transformer (I think it was one) in the stairwell but not audible in the room. The house is in best place and I like this neighbourhood. The price is very good. I´m sure that wasn´t the last time we stayed in Maple Hotel Thanks a lot and good success Holger

I really enjoyed my stay at Avondale House. They have very clean rooms, the 24h reception is very comfortable and everybody was mindful and friendly. I am sure that I will stay there again.
