Location is very good. I could recommend rooms on the 4th floor - 402, 403 - they have balkony with panoramic view. All rooms are basic, but clean and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eliza. Everyone was very kind and very helpful. We had a triple room and it was great. If you like to be in an area that has everything this is it. If your a light sleeper you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, I would recommend and stay again and again.

Hello Overall our stay was pleasant, however, there my only recommendation is to improve how you handle the heating. Our room was so cold (400 with the big windows) and we were obliged to call the reception to "have the heat turned on" for us. It was difficult to know how to operate the thermostat in the room. It seemed that the heat went off during the night and we became very cold. In the end, both my husband and me got sick and we are still suffering from a bad cold! It may have come from this lack of heating, not sure, but in any case we feel for the price we pay for the room we should have a heated room though I feel you are trying to save costs on that aspect. The reception was very good and the team who works there provided perfect service. Thank you, Sharon

Loved location and view - standing out on the balcony overlooking the Liffey, sipping wine was memorable. Bathroom had some type of leak causing puddles to well up in the middle of the floor (Room 400). Reported this. Odd setup with lights - having to insert room key card to turn them on - took a while to figure that out. Perhaps a room placard with instructions? The breakfast at the 1st floor restaurant was delicious, and the staff very helpful. Bed comfortable. Room clean. Location, location, location!
